You Can Sponsor

We are pleased to announce that as of now, delegates from the following countries have already registered - Australia, Mongolia, Belarus, Great Britain, Norway, India, USA , Canada. Several workshops are being organized. Huge interest has been received from other countries including many people from developing countries who require sponsorship to be able to take part.

We are looking for sponsorship to make this event a huge success.

You can sponsor a single item in the list below, part of an item, or several items! All sponsors will be gratefully acknowledged with print and web space as well as at the venue.

Our requirement

1. Venue fees , venue decoration, stage decoration (for five days):

Rs 150,0000 / $ 3,000 - Spaces will be provided for advertising - stage back drop, banners and other locations

2. Delegate kits: Rs 75,000 / US $ 1,500

A kit will consist of a quilted shoulder bag, papers, pen, map of Udaipur etc. The quilted bag will be made by women’s groups from Sadhna, see more about Sadhna at www.sadhna.org. Space will be provided on the bag to carry the IRN, Seva Mandir + the logo of the sponsoring individual/agency.

3. Cultural events Rs 100,000 / US $2000

At the cultural events we will showcase traditional folk music and dance from Rajasthan– there will be one cultural event at the opening ceremony, one at the closing ceremony and another in - between.

4. Field trips – Rs 1,50,000 / US $ 3,000 .

A full day of field trips is positioned in the middle of the forum. There will a total of 10 – 12 field trips, each field trip is expected to cost approximately Rs 15,000 / US $300. Delegates can select field trips that interest them. (We have currently posted links of the agencies who have committed to organizing the field trips. This can be found on the “programme” link.)

5. Registration fee for Indian/South Asian delegates and delegates from emerging economies – Rs 2000 / US $40 per delegate. The registration fee covers, morning tea, lunch, evening meal and snacks), shuttle bus from the accommodation venue to the forum venue. 50 delegates need sponsorship

6. Travel Grants + accommodation for delegates from Indian/South Asian delegates

US $ 500. 50 delegates need sponsorship for their travel and accommodation

7. Registration fee, travel and accommodation for other NGO delegates from other developing countries – US $2,000 per delegate.

8. Plenary Speakers travel and accommodation expenses $2,000 each. We have invited 20 speakers

9. Workshops. You can sponsor an entire workshop, or part of a workshop, which means all of the contributors to the workshop who do not have other sources of funding.

· Friends of Seva Mandir, UK by cheque or transfer

· Friends of Seva Mandir, USA.
