Accomodation

For delegates

“Travel Made Easy” located at Udaipur, is assisting the conference delegates with accommodation.

For sponsored delegates 

The accommodation we have for sponsored delegates is very basic.
-          The student hostel is within the campus of VIdya Bhawan where the forum is being held
-          room on sharing basis
-          no attached toilet
-          mainly Indian style toilets, there are western toilets, but few
-          bed tea and breakfast and dinner in the college mess

For delegates who are not sponsored but are still looking for inexpensive accommodation

We have some hostel rooms available ( as described above)

These are chargeable @ Rs 300 per day person . This will cover basic accommodation and bed tea, breakfast, dinner.
